1. What is your shipping lead time?

Orders are shipped the next day within Metro Manila, Philippines. For provincial orders, kindly allocate 2-3 days. For international orders, please reach us at hello@bitbitdaily.co

2. How do I check my order status?

You can send us a live chat message or Viber us at +63917-8342774. We will send tracking to you directly.

3. How are items shipped?

We send by motor deliveries and air freight by LBC, depending on your location.

4. May I return/refund my order?

We respectfully do not accept returns due to “change of mind”. Likewise, items purchased are non-refundable.

If the brand-new item has been found to have a manufacturing defect that our quality control team overlooked, we are obliged to replace this for you. Reach us at hello@bitbitdaily.co or Viber +63917-8342774.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Send us a message at hello@bitbitdaily.co with your complete shipping details, and we will send you an accurate international courier charge before proceeding with your order. For Singapore and Malaysia, we can also recommend an online marketplace where we are available for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments through Paymongo, which accepts GCash, GrabPay, Maya, and ShopeePay.
